This post from Crooks & Lairs is from Baratunde Thurston and it addresses the spectacle of a seated US President putting up his birth certificate because a bunch of racist pigs, including Donald Trump refuse to believe he is a citizen. The truth, to them, must be false simple because our President is black. They're cowards and worse. But today was shameful in so many ways. It flabbergasts me that anyone is taking that comb-over ass-wipe Trump seriously about anything. And what a sad commentary that a president who has done nothing but devote his entire self to making things work better in this country has had to submit to such ridiculous nonsense. What the hell have we come to?
